In the first part of the evening we focused on 'the importance of “real-time personalization.”
In an age when everything is fast, companies need to be even faster.
Twilio, through recounting its own experience and report on “customer engagement,” discussed how real-time engagement is not just a benefit, but a necessity. And how these solutions help companies connect with customers at the exact moment they need them.


The final part of the event led us into the future, how combining technology and humanity is the way to sustainable growth. We discussed how customer engagement, when managed with care, empathy and intelligence, can lead to growth that is not only profitable but also responsible and lasting.

Through this event, we took a journey that aims to show how CRM, and HubSpot in particular, is not just a tool, but a business philosophy that helps companies grow in a rapidly changing world.
